About Kristi
Hello, I am so glad you're here. I am a spiritual director, licensed clinical social worker and I co-lead seasonal soul care retreats. I spent most of my life living back and forth between Ohio and Colorado. I've currently decided that Colorado is home but have a dream of living in Amsterdam someday near my mother's hometown. I have been a listener of souls for as long as I can remember and truly found my vocation in spiritual direction. I attended the Renovare Institute of Christian Spiritual Formation, Sustainable Faith School of Spiritual Direction and the Lanteri Center for the Spiritual Exercises of Ignatius. I am also trained in Sozo healing prayer. I currently volunteer with Dance to Be Free that brings the healing power of dance to incarcerated women. I live in Arvada, CO with my husband of 24 years and I have 2 grown sons that I adore. I love to hike, dance, bike, create, read and write.
